finally I'm getting a break

Boy, I really didn't expect working 55 hours a week every week after my birthday would take out as much as it did, but I guess the lack of air conditioning and the hard work that working on tires all day is played a role in my exhaustion. I've been working at Gerald's Tires and Breaks, for the record...not that anyone will read this. I've come to the conclusion that the only reason I post every now and then is to help out my ever-diminishing memory. Anyway, things for me could not be better. I mean, I'd be a lot happier not going back to school on Sunday, but at least I will be making a paycheck at school and living in a nice dorm. I stopped working at Gerald's last week so I could have some time to relax, pack, and sleep. I might go back at Christmas for a week or two, because the money is pretty damn good. Yeah, it definitely feels good to have some money again. I can stop mooching off of Christina on our dates, haha. Christina and I, by the way, are extraordinarily happy with each other. It's, by far, the most mature relationship I've ever been in and exactly what I needed and wanted. She's simply amazing. We've been dating a little over 9 months now. I think one of the biggest things that makes our relationship work so well is our dedication and ambition in our lives outside of each other. Like, I don't know how she does it. She works full time ever day with a million kids and then brings Kelsi (her 20 month old daughter) home and takes care of her, and then wakes up at like 6 am ever morning to take care of Kelsi until she has to go to work. She also just registered for classes at Trident but is going to keep working full time. She's incredible and like, the perfect woman for me. And don't even get me started on the wonderment of the sexcapades. Mother of god. Anyway, this semester I'll be taking 18 hours of engineering and philosophy, woo hoo. Not to mention I'll also be an RA. Or rather an RM as they are calling them this year. Resident Mentor? Gay. In other news, I'm planning on buying a motorcycle. I'm not sure when yet, just because I know my parents would be keen on the idea and I want to get a loan from the bank rather then finance through a dealer, but they are so much cheaper than cars and obviously get insanely good gas mileage. Plus, I don't know how much more driving through Columbia my van's transmission can take, haha. Oh, I had a commercial come out. Yeah, if you don't have Comcast locally, then you won't see it, but it's a commercial against buying alcohol for minors. I was arrested and went to jail in it. It was pretty funny, haha. Additionally, Toby, JP, and I will be writing, recording, and performing a song for a Gerald's commercial in the near future. I have music for it right now and I'm working on lyrics and all we have to do it let them hear it and make sure they like it since they are already counting on us to do it, so that's pretty exciting. So, like I said, my life is great right now. Toby, John, and JP just moved into their apartment together and so I'm excited to spend a lot of time there on my visits back home. Let's see, what else is new...oh, I bought another TV. Not another big one, just a 19 inch to use with my computer and for playing video games when something good is on, haha. Speaking of video games, I am finally able to play Guitar Hero again. If whoever may come across this didn't know, I crushed my finger in a machine while working and crushed the upper bone in my left pointer finger, so playing guitar or Guitar Hero was pretty much out for a while, haha. But it barely hurts anymore. The fingernail still needs to finish falling off, but aside from that, it's all good. So, this post has gotten way too long and I'm going to end it by saying that The Dark Knight was one of the most badass movies I've ever seen and that I can't wait to see the new X-Files movie and Step brothers. So, I'm completely fucked. I have a project report due tomorrow on the spectrum of hydrogen in comparison with Balmer's formula, and I don't understand it all. And, on top of that, I have a history test tomorrow that I am no where near ready for, AND, I'm tired as fuck. I hate nights like this. I'm so sick of school. I think I'm gonna take a nap and wake up in an hour or so and try to understand this bull shit again. Ehhhhhhhhh.

So yeah, my teacher just let us out 30 minutes early, pretty sweet. I realized that I'm an awful speller in, not just my eyes but, Jim Gaffigan's eyes as well, due to the fact that I use the word "teacher" instead of "professor" because I do not know how to correctly spell "professor". I had to use Firefox spellcheck to spell it right. Oh, and by the way, would it be wrong of one to assume that, in using a spellcheck application specifically for Firefox, one would not find Firefox to be a misspelled word? Yeah, I thought so, too. But, apparently I have to add it to the dictionary...weird. Anyway, one would think I could just remember how to spell "professor" and, being that I've given it such a staring role in this journal entry, I more than likely will, but in most cases spellcheck just fixes it and I forget it. So, to move on to subjects outside of the specific context of this entry, life is good. Busy, but good. Christina makes me happier everytime I see and talk to her and I'm so happy things have worked out the way that they did. I realized I made great choices in gym classes this semester, because I love fencing and rock climbing. Ever since I went rock climbing the weekend before last, I've been dieing to go again. And fencing is so much better now that we aren't concentrating on footwork and have moved to actually fencing with people. I think I have a fencing exam on Tuesday, but I expect it will be easy. I have a weight training exam later today, and I need to learn major muscles, but everything else should be fine. The only other test I have this week, I believe, is Numerical Methods, which is actually not too bad of a class. Then spring break. Sunday Cob, many other friends from school and home, and I will be going to Cob's step dad's parent's beach house in Edisto. We'll be there until Friday. It is going to be a badass time. I just hope I can find a way to get Christina up there for a night! Oh, so I might be interning at Disney World fall semester, so that should be pretty cool, despite the shitty job I'll have to work. I'm gonna apply to Gerald's this summer and maybe another place, because I'm ready to make some goddamn money, haha. Anyway, that's what's going on with me.

So, I don't know when I last updated, and I'm too lazy to look. But, I do think it's weird that I've had livejournal for like, 5 years now or some shit like that. Anyway, so you're wondering what my life is like now I suppose? I take that back, I'm sure there's very few people who will actually see this...and they probably know all this anyway, haha. Either way, humor me and listen. Or, well, read. So in my second semester of my sophomore year at USC. I'm still majoring in mechanical engineering, but with a minor in philosophy with a focus on ethics. I'm currently taking Numerical Methods, Physics II and lab, History, and Ethics. I'm also taking (so I can make up for last semester's GPA) weight training, rock climbing, and fencing, haha. It's all pretty awesome. Unfortunately though, I'm not playing rugby right now in order to get it all done. In the non-boring aspect of my life (notice that was singular), I am currently dating and madly in love with Christina Capracotta. It was kind of weird at first, being that she's dated pretty much all of my friends and was best friends with Ana when I was dating her, but it's definitely amazing. We started dating in October, but both of us had a thing for each other for a while, we just never did anything about it, haha. I'm totally glad we did though, because she is wonderful and way more than I could ask for. It's nice to finally date someone I don't feel like I have to take care of and guide through life...whether I was right to feel that way about them or not. She's really independent and responsible and I adore it about her. And, I'm just gonna throw it out there, the sex is unbelievable. Yeah, I said it. I swear to God you've never had sex like this before, hahaha...or this much, hahaha. That, of course, is not the only thing I love about her, but that's definitely a wonderful change as well. She's just everything I could want in a woman, and I'm very lucky to have her. Oh, she's a mom for anyone who may come across this who doesn't know her or me very well. I always like to throw that out in the beginning just so people don't feel really awkward later on when they find out about it, haha. Which, by the way, I thought might be a little awkward going into this relationship, but interestingly it never has been. I just wish she didn't have a dick for a baby daddy that made her feel bad all the time. But, life isn't perfect. Anyway, to sum up, we are very happy together, and my life in general is busy, but excellent.

this seemed like a fun idea. It's 4:13 am and I have a test at 8 am. I only have two weeks of school left, and then exam week. I am soooo ready for summer. I've felt really alone lately. Like, really alone. And I guess that's a good thing. As Ana and I discussed via myspace comments today, accepting the fact that everyone is truly alone is the best thing we can do for ourselves. I don't know. I'm saying this like anyone besides Ana will read it. I don't even know if she comes on here anymore. Life is very different. I'm gonna make the most of this summer. I'm not gonna flake this time. This summer will be the most active since the summer before 9th grade. I guarantee it. I'm done with this, I suppose. ka-blam, anyone remember that show? Better question, anyone reading this? That's an astounding no. Ana's internet is down...I think lucy hates me for some reason, and Jessy might comment now that we are friends again....but she's still in maine as far as I know. So, I'm updating this for my own personal....faggotness. I have a camera and I like to take pictures with it. I spent a lot of money today. I still have a lot of money. I'm rich bitch, I'm a real big-timer. So I think I made ana really mad today. I guess I make the wrong jokes at the wrong times sometimes. I wouldn't call this a good day. It's totally 5:40 am. I work in 20 minutes. Last night I was at cob's house...so I haven't slept since thursday night. And I didn't get much sleep then, whoo hoo! I get to work from 6am-2pm, and then I get to hang out with ana for a bit...and then play a show. This should DEFININTLY all go over well. We are playing in columbia on sunday, and no one is comming...so that sucks for us becuase it's a battle of the bands thing, and the crowd is who votes. So we have no supporters. Oh well. I'm gonna go get ready. If I don't contact anyone in the next 24 hours, it's because I'm dead...or asleep. SOmetimes it's hard to tell. Just look at my chest. So 4:21...2...basically the same time right? Not really. I get to spend the entire day with my grandparents tomorow, heck yes. I wish I still had some Dr. Pepper. I could go for some corndogs. One word? The world may never know. So I blew 80 dollars at the fair today, and it was fantastic. Especially the rice part afterwards. Got rice bitch? Got rice? Got luck everytime you role the dice? Somehting like that. Fresh Prince of Bel Air...that show has good beginings. But it goes by too quickly. Some rides are scary, and some rides are fun. And some just make me have to pee. In fact, I believe I should do so now...and eat some food. Everyone come to the Strike Zone on the 17th and then the legion on the 25th to see Seven Stories Down play. Also, bring money for a hopefully finished new demo and most likely merchandise. We have a meeting with a tour booking agency on monday. I have to get out of school at 1, and somehow make it to columbia at 2. Hmm. And toby's gay and didn't give me the adress. I'm pretty hugry and pee-filled. So today was pretty much excellent. Ana and I were gonna go to the fair, but I didn't have enough money. Apparently it's 17 dollars for the stamp now, PLUS a 8 dollar fee to get in? What the hell?? Gay. Anyway, so instead I slept in a little, for the first time in 40 years, and then I went to Ana's house. I watched her clean her room a bit and then we went to see Saw 2. GO SEE IT. It was friggen good. So then we came back to her house, ate a corndog, and then went to Ci Ci's. Then we came back and watched the jungle book and had a greeeeeeaaaaatttttt time:). I almost didn't leave, but then I did. :(. But, once I got home I found out I'm playing two shows this month. One is at The Strike Zone (formerlly known as Oakbrooke Lanes) a week form thursday, and then we are playing the legion on the 25th. So anyone reading this should come. Meaning Ana and Lucy, no one else reads this, haha. BUt tell other people to come! Ana and I are talking about teleportation, INTELLEGENTLY, how cool is that? SO I'm gonna double major in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics in college, I've decided. SO I burned my hand at work pretty bad yesterday. I've been taking good care of it though, and it hasn't boiled up yet, it just hurts, haha. I might start working full time at Chick-fil-A. I could easily make enough hours to do so. Today is monday, and that's pretty gay. And this post isn't about monday, haha. It's about whatever comes into my mind in the next 5 minutes. SO basically, yesterday was spectacular. I went to Ana's house and we had a movie day + halloween store. It was ultragrandarific. That's right, it's a word. Look it up, bitch. I have a good schedule this week, becuase it pertains greatly to how I would like this to go. So, for anyone interested in my upcomming week (and so I don't have to rememebr to post everyday) here's how it will go:
